WHO IS THIS SURVEY INTENDED FOR? Anyone may submit a survey, whether a member or not.
WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS SURVEY? We hope to get a better description of who our current and potential members are, their familiarity with benefits, how much they value these benefits and ask what more we can do.
WHY ARE WE SURVEYING NOW? Many societies' memberships are declining nationally. Your survey provides insights that help design benefits and services to attract & retain members.
WHERE DOES MY SURVEY DATA GO? RCGS collects data anonymously and analyzes it in aggregate. We don't know your identity or collect anything personal.
WHEN WILL WE KNOW THE RESULTS OF THIS SURVEY? We plan to analyze survey data annually. Any changes in benefit structure, hours of operation or fees and services will be shared here and in the member Newsletter, MyNews.
